We, at Monkey Hosty, intend to provide you with a variety of hosting solutions, such as-shared, cloud, dedicated hosting, Online SEO services, Domain name registration, SSLcertificates and Web Development solutions. As a web hosting service supplier, we strive to maintain your websites and for this, we bring to you a number of services and software packages. Customers must not share their account details with anyone. They must ensure that the scripts or programs installed under their accounts are secure and they have got the permissions for the directories, regardless of the method of their installation. Permissions on almost every directory should be set to 755 or as restrictive as possible. Users are ultimately responsible for all the activities under their accounts and therefore we highly recommend them to use a strong password. We’ve enabled certain audits to suspend accounts with weak passwords, thereby requesting the clients to update their passwords to a stronger one.
Domain Registration Agreement
We, as a domain service provider, are concerned about our customers and thus provide them a domain registration agreement so that they may know us better. Since this agreement contains all the terms and conditions for the services we provide, we believe that our every customer must accept it prior to tying-up with us. Any individual or organization who wish to register, transfer, or renew a domain name has to accept this agreement.
We always strive to be a client-centric organization by putting our best efforts in meeting our customers’ requisites. Our anti-spam policy equips you to reduce any spam related issue in a more vigilant manner. Making it more prominent, we’ve brought two more policies under this aspect.
As your web hosting service provider, we take up the responsibility to restrict any spam content, illegal pornography or abusive content.
In addition, we intend to offer you a complete protection from Warez and malicious softwares. These may include from plagiarized softwares to ROMs, emulators, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, Trojan horses, viruses, spy-wares, dialers, malware, i-frames, even their encryption. Not being confined to this extent, we expand our horizons to ensure your commercial audio, video, or music files not to violate any legal regulation, be it federal, state, or local.
We’ve adopted a zero tolerance policy in terms of usage of our services or network for transmission, distribution, or delivery of bulk e-mails that may be unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail. We do not support the sending, assisting, or commissioning the transmission of commercial e-mails that do not comply with the U.S.
Agreement, AUP, and other Terms of Services
At MONKEY HOSTY, we stand amongst the most reliable and incredible web hosting service providers across the globe and thus, we consider it as our prime concern that any of our services or software packages may not get injured, disabled, overburdened, or impaired under any plan.
We intend to keep track of all the spam that is sent to or from our servers. Strict actions are taken against the customers who are suspected for violating the services by sending spam. The offender customers are liable to be instantly suspended.
The customers must keep a record containing the prior permission of the recipients for sending them a mail. We do not provide any of our services say, DNS services or web site redirect services, to the customers who own the sites containing spam.
This agreement states that a third party who has violated either our spam policy or another applicable law is not liable to send e-mails. In addition, there is a provision of prohibiting the e-mails that do not compliance with this spam policy and contains any reference to a website hosted by us, or any reference or link to our network or system.
If we come across any unauthorized or improper use of our network, products, or services, we may block messages from a particular internet domain, mail server, or IP address. We reserve the right to suspend all the services provided to a customer without any prior notification. An administrative fee equal to $250.00 is applicable to the offenders for sending each piece of spam. Any individual or organization may report for a spam incidence by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
Any segment of this policy does not provide endowment of any right to transmit or send e-mails to or through our network or services, it may instead lead to civil and criminal penalties. If, by any chance, this policy fails to be imposed, it doesn’t amount to a waiver of company’s rights in any way.
High Resource User Policy
If a website is found to be exploiting the server resources, causing them to be crashed or their performance to be deteriorated, we are liable to suspend that particular site. Clients are warned prior to such suspensions to optimize their websites within a given time frame. Customers are even offered with several options to choose and proceed with.
We always retain backup copies of the customers’ data stored on our servers for any kind of recovery purposes. Nevertheless, the backup availability is not guaranteed and we would not be, in any case, responsible for any kind of data loss. Customers are therefore advised to either regularly backup the information they’ve stored on our servers or purchase remote backup services. The clients can avail our hosting control panel facilitates to auto backup their accounts, which they can restore or download at any point of time.
Under our payment policies, we’ve empowered all the accounts on our servers with a prepay basis. The charges for a particular service remain the same throughout its prepayment period. However, we keep the authority to make any change in our pricing scheme at any point of time. The account gets automatically charged for the next payment period unless a cancellation request is submitted in conjunction with our “cancellations and refunds policy”.
In case of expiration of a clients’ card, he/she is advised via our ticket system to update his/her card details. Nonetheless, if no action is taken by the client, there is a provision to suspend his/her services after 7 days of payment being due. In addition, we do not assure the clients for their suspended sites to remain intact on our servers.
We,furthermore, reserve the rights to suspend other services by that particular customer if an outstanding debt exists. The customer is him/herself responsible for all the debit owed to their accounts from the time of account establishment to the submission of a cancellation request.
Bills or invoices are sent to the customers via email every time on an online purchase. Either we or our credit card processors are liable for sending the invoices. The customers’ cards get automatically charged upon sending such an email.
Cancellations and Refunds
As a client-centric organization, we consider your views at the top of everything and thus, we provide a 30 days money back guarantee for the customers who are not satisfied with our services. It facilitates them to apply for the refund or cancellation of the services within 30 days of the payment date. However, the guarantee validation can never be exceeded in any case and therefore, any cancellation request after the aforementioned duration is not entertained. In addition, the domain registration, domain transfer, dedicated managed server, or setup fee is nonrefundable in any case. In addition, there are some products that are not available for refunds, these are:

You may simply apply for a refund by submitting a refund ticket at https://web.monkeyhosty.com/submitticket.php. A cancellation request, on the contrary, can be made by providing us with a relevant reason for the cancellation. Furthermore, the cancellations requested online or via phones would not be processed.
Accounts that have been canceled or deactivated, or even suspended either for violating any of our terms of service, or exceeding their disk or bandwidth usage amount, are not liable to avail our 30 days money back guarantee.
Domain Name Registration Agreement
You agree to notify MonkeyHosty within five (5) business days when any of the information you provided as part of the application and/or registration process changes. It is your responsibility to keep this information in a current and accurate status.
Failure by you, for whatever reason, to provide MonkeyHosty with accurate and reliable information on an initial and continual basis, shall be considered to be a material breach of this Agreement and a basis for suspension and/or cancellation of the domain name.
Failure by you, for whatever reason, to respond within five (5) business days to any inquiries made by MonkeyHosty to determine the validity of information provided by you, shall also be considered to be a material breach of this Agreement and a basis for suspension and/or cancellation of the domain name. You agree to retain a copy for your record of the receipt for purchase of your domain name.
You agree that for each domain name registered by you, the following contact data is required: postal address, email address, telephone number, and if available, a facsimile number for the Registered Name Holder and, if different from the Registered Name Holder, the same contact information for, a technical contact, an administrative contact and a billing contact.
As required by ICANN, this information must also be made publicly available by means of Whois, and that the registry operator may also be required to make this information publicly available by Whois. Both MonkeyHosty and the registry operator may be required to archive this information with a third-party escrow service.
You hereby consent and give permission for all such requirements and disclosures. Further, you represent and warrant that, if you are providing information about a third party, you have notified the third party of the disclosure and the purpose for the disclosure and you have obtained the third party’s consent to such disclosure. Registrar will not process data in a way that is incompatible with this Agreement. Registrar will take reasonable precautions to protect data from loss or misuse.
You agree that for each domain name registered by you the following information will be made publicly available in the Whois directory as determined by ICANN Policy and may be sold in bulk as set forth in the ICANN agreement:
- The domain name;
- Your name and postal address;
- The name, email address, postal address, voice and fax numbers for technical and administrative contacts;
- The Internet protocol numbers for the primary and secondary name servers;
- The corresponding names of the name servers; and
- The original date of registration and expiration date.
- Name of primary name server and secondary name server.
- Identity of the registrar.
You agree that, to the extent permitted by ICANN, MonkeyHosty may make use of the publicly available information you provided during the registration process. If you engage in the reselling of domain names you agree to provide any individuals whose personal information you’ve obtained, information about the possible uses of their personal information pursuant to ICANN policy. You also agree to obtain consent, and evidence of consent, from those individuals for such use of the personal information they provide.
You agree that MonkeyHosty has the right to make public and share with third parties certain information in connection with the sale or purchase of domain names on the website, including but not limited to (a) the name of the domain name sold or purchased, (b) the sale or purchase price of the domain name sold or purchased, and (c) information relating to the timing of the sale or purchase.
- You must Double-check your domain contact info.
- Inaccurate contact details can result in website downtime or domain cancellation. If your domain contact info is up to date, you’re good to go. If not, then you need to correct it.

MONKEYHOSTY is not liable for any mutilation of your business. We do not provide any kind of warranty for our services. MonkeyHosty disclaims any warranty, merchant ability including the loss of data resulting from delays, server malfunctions, missed backups, non-deliveries, wrong deliveries, and any or all service interruptions caused by any of our proprietors and their employees.
MonkeyHosty reserves the right to alter, change, or modify any provision of this terms of service agreement at any time, with or without any prior notice to the customers.
